Paul Frantzich is a multidisciplinary artist, strategist, and storyteller with a deep calling to connect people to purpose. Over the past 12 years, he has led Strategic Planning Sessions (STREME Sessions) for leading retailers like Target and Best Buy, and powerhouse brands including Ring, KONG, Swiss Gear, ZAGG, and many more.
Originally born from life-mapping work in addiction recovery at Jaywalker Lodge, STREME Sessions are deeply human ideation experiences that yield actionable brand visions and a roadmap of possibilities.
Paul's strategic work is grounded in myth, music, and meaning. He developed this fusion while working alongside cultural and poetic luminaries like Robert Bly, Coleman Barks, James Hillman, Malidoma Somé, and Michael Meade—delivering ceremonies, songs, and mythic storytelling in forests, institutes, and retreats around the world.
As a performer, Paul has sung everywhere from center ice at NHL games to the national airwaves of A Prairie Home Companion, always drawing people inward toward the sacred and the real. Whether guiding corporate teams, storytelling around a fire, or leading a drumming circle in the woods, Paul’s heart is most alive in the company of those seeking depth, transformation, and a renewed sense of belonging.
